I'm praying for you Mom!

My little girls are so sweet to me! I hadn't been feeling that great the past few months and they got to witness all the gaging and close calls to the bathroom. One night Matt said he wanted to pray for me so that I won't get sick. Carly and Chloe have prayed that very same prayer every night. So now whenever I cough or gag and run to the sink, Chloe chirps up, "Mom, I'm praying for you!!" Those little words make me feel so much better. She has 100% faith that God will make me better and those prayers of hers will be heard. It is so comforting to know that they realize a simple prayer to the true healer will heard!! And you know what - I have had 2 really great days, so maybe we are finally over this first trimester hump!!!

Here we go!

We put our house on the market yesterday - Yikes!! We have been playing with this for a while and we finally decided to do it. We know the whole housing thing isn't that great, so we wanted to try to take a stab at it anyway. We don't have to leave now, but eventually we will!!! It is so wierd to think about leaving this house. I have never really become that attached to a home - I have moved 4 times, but this move is different. My babies all came home here!! Well, hopefully the right people come along and fall in love with it!! It is listed with Allen Tate http://www.allentate.com/ and the mls # is 837996. The realtor is going to take more pics on Monday, so they all aren't loaded in right now. Anyways, pray for the right people to come and that we know where our family should live once we sell!!!!

Who is your Valentine?

I asked the girls who their Valentine's were. They both thought and Chloe said - Daddy! I laughed, of course the man of her life is Daddy. I asked Carly and she said - Jesus! So these are the 2 men that are very important to them. So cute!

Ruler of the Galaxy

Connor and Kaitlyn came to visit this weekend. Connor brought Grandma a picture that he drew (Connor is very artistic and loves to draw). He proceeded to tell us that is was Barack Obama and some good guys and bad guys - notice the one on the far right is a bad guy (he is dead with X's as eyes). He did tell us they were going to Iraq. Then we asked the cutie who Barack Obama was. He looked at us as if we were clueless and we should know who the man was and matter of factly stated, "He is the ruler of the galaxy!!!" Oh, this boy makes us laugh so much. As you can tell he is a big Star Wars fan! I love the things 6 yr. olds say!

Snow Day #2

I can't believe it!! 2 snow days! This one I did not think was going to happen and when Matt went to leave to go to work on Wednesday morning he looked outside and it was white! We had a lot of fun. It was freezing, but worth it. The kids were all a little bit braver this time around. They knew what to expect, but Chloe still didn't participate. Carly did make a snow angel, but she cried at first until I showed her how to do one. She also went down the hill, but only if Harper went with her. Then we came inside and made some snow cream - Yum!
The girls needed to swing in the snow too - it got old after the boots kept falling off and the hats!
Carly in mid snow angel making!

They were discussing how cold their snow cream was!

CIRCUS!

We went to the circus today!! The girls were so excited to go. Since their 3rd birthday party was a circus, this meant alot to them. We got there early and watched the pre show and then went to the very top to our seats. We had so much fun. Harper LOVED it too!! I was a little worried he would get bored, but he sat so still the entire time and just watched.
Here we are at the pre show. The kids look so excited don't they!!
Here is Carly posing with the clown. Look closely at her nose - we went house shopping this weekend and she feel down the stairs in a model home!! She got beat up!
Grandma and Grandpa went too - they are sitting watching the pre show (Grandma was a little upset that she didn't get any cotton candy - it was $12 because it came with a hat and a program!)
